All services provided by the salon will require a card on file as well as a non refundable retainer. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we warmly ask for 48 hour notice.

48 hour notice , there will be no charge. Less then 48 hour notice will result in a 50% charge of your booked service price. No call, no show, or same day cancellation will result in the full payment of your booked service price.

When canceling an appointment, an sms is required to your professional. Failing to respond to your confirmation does not count as canceling your appointment.

New services cannot be booked until all payments are current.

We totally understand things come up so please let us know as soon as you think you may be late. We book our days to the minute so we can spend as much time giving you the absolute best service as possible and if you are late that unfortunately directly affects what we can deliver to you .

We have a strict late policy. If you are 10 minutes late, your appointment will be forfeited and fall under the no show policy. Your total amount for the service booked will be due and we will do our best to reschedule you at our next opening. To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Our goal is to give you happy, healthy, hair that you are in love with. If there is something you are not happy with, please reach out within a week of your appointment and we will kindly do what we can to make you happy.

We do not give refunds at Vidi Amavi salon. If you are unhappy with your service provided , please refer to our adjustments section. Non refundable retainers holds appointment times that are lengthy and the retainer goes to your scheduled service total.

Our space is very fast spaced and luxury. We have hot tools, cords, sharp objects, and chemicals always around. It is definitely not the space for children or extra guests. We are working in a small area and kindly ask that you find other accommodations.
